UPDATE:
Due to manning issues in some of their local offices the VLO have been asked by DVLA to go live earlier than anticipated with the UK registration of vehicles in Germany (which we used to do in the local DVLA offices in UK when taking a car back to UK or swaping cars). This, in tandem with the changeover of the White Fleet has caused a backlog of work that will take some time to clear. Therefore in an effort to reduce the burden on the VLO staff the decision has been taken to delay the introduction of VLO Charges until 13 Jan 14; this allows one clear week on return from Xmas leave to clear any work that has accumulated over that period. Whilst the decision to delay the introduction of charges has been made, the reduction in the cost of Fuel Coupons by €1.05 will still be made from 1 Nov 13.
