I had a great experience at Eastbourne Motoring Centre Vauxhall because the Customer Service has always been excellent. Dean listened to my requirements and found exactly the car I needed. No pressure selling. Even when there was a small issue after pick-up, the service has been great and nothing is too much trouble. Will be visiting again when I'm ready for my next car.

Eastbourne Motoring Centre Suzuki were fantastic because I got a great deal on a newer car than my original idea. Love the extra Gen3 protection I was reccomended to have, great even bird mess just washes off with water. When I went to pick the car up I didn't recognise it at first as it looked brand new, well done to the prep team fab work. So I would definitely recommend them as a top notch dealer, not the cheapest but one of the best.
Dean kindly helped me to buy a newer car recently and I was delighted with the information and service that he provided. I was given plenty of time to make my decision and all aspects of the sale were thoroughly explained. I would definitely recommend EMC to anyone who is thinking of changing their vehicle. Great experience, spoke to me respectfully and politely, the vehicle was in for first service and a couple of recalls, I had everything explained to me and all was completed within the alloted time frame. Absolutely outstanding experience with Ricky Dalton and the team at EMC couldn't have asked for better service.. We enquired about a BMW 3 Series they had on sale and from the minute we walked onto the showroom floor to finally driving the car off the forecourt was an pleasant experience.. Greeted by Ricky with a big smile and firm handshake we knew he was the man to do business with.. He showed us to the car and left us to have a good look we around, after 5 mins Ricky came back to see how we were getting on, we decided on a test drive and Ricky done necessary paperwork and we were off on the road testing the beautiful car out for ourselves, with Ricky answering all questions with valuable knowledge.. Back at the showroom my husband and Ricky sat down to do the paperwork, and go over a few things we wanted sorting before we took the car, my husband had a few extra cheeky funny requests which helped break the ice, all taken in good part.. Once paperwork was signed and finished and all agreed we walked out happy and ready to wait the week to get our new car... When we arrived the week later to pick up the car, we had the same amazing experience of checking all was sorted to our expectations and went in to do the final handover... Absolutely nothing was any trouble to the team, all questions were answered swiftly and precisely, and they supply a very nice cuppa whilst they dealing with everything.. Bought a fiat 500s and the service was amazing Joe and Matt piper the salesman made me very welcome and was so pleasant and helpful. Joe took me for my test drive and put all my anxiety to ease the painter who sorted my car before I got it was amazing the car looks great the valeters did a wonderful job on the car I was so looked after by all the staff I would recommend to everyone

"I was happy with the service at Eastbourne Motoring Centre Vauxhall because Ricky was amazing from the moment we arrived, he found where the car was parked that we wanted to look at and got us a test drive, then when we come to pick the car up the following week he met us from the train station and we were on our way with our new car within a hour. I'd recommend Eastbourne Motoring Centre Suzuki because not only are Suzuki's an amazing car but EMC make the whole experience so pain free and even enjoyable (despite parting with hard earnt cash)!! Kienan went above and beyond and everything went as he said it would - no hiccups, no dramas and he even helped me with transferring to a private plate! Would recommend Kienan and EMC with no hesitation. It was also nice that Daniel the Manager was so approachable and willing to ensure everything went smoothly rather than hiding in an office as can sometimes be the case!

I was pleased with Eastbourne Motoring Centre Vauxhall and would recommend them because the service I received was top notch. Maddy Millan was prompt and courteous throughout the email chain during the time between my initial enquiry and to when I drove off the forecourt. I was talked through all of the paperwork as well as the network Q policy. Overall a very good service and I will most likely be buying from here in the future.

My experience at Eastbourne Motoring Centre Suzuki was positive because the agent I dealt with was friendly, helpful, professional, knowledgeable and open to any and all queries and questions I raised in the lead up to the purchase. She maintained regular and frequent updates and information and was at all times fully honest on procedures and timings. When importing a car from the UK to another EU country this is pretty crucial. I have completed this process once prior to this purchase. I had and have full confidence in the service offered by Eastbourne Motoring Centre .
